Introductory Session

Service Description

If you haven’t worked with me before, this is the perfect place to start. A focused 1:1 session designed to help you understand where you are, what may be keeping you stuck, and what your next step looks like. Together we explore your current situation, emotions, patterns, beliefs, behaviours, and life experiences to understand what is really happening beneath the surface. This is not just a conversation. I help you connect the dots between your past and present, understand the mechanisms behind your thoughts, emotions, and reactions, and identify the patterns influencing your life today. The goal is to move you from confusion to clarity, from feeling stuck to understanding what is really happening, and from uncertainty to a clear next step. Throughout the session, you will receive practical insights, tools, and perspectives that you can immediately apply in your daily life. You will leave with greater self-awareness, a deeper understanding of yourself, and a clear direction for moving forward. What you’ll gain from this session: • See what you haven’t been seeing • Understand the patterns running your life • Connect the dots between your past and present • Identify what is draining your energy • Recognise what is truly yours and what isn’t • Understand why you keep returning to the same challenges • Find the next step that feels aligned and achievable • Leave with a clearer relationship with yourself
